The North mostly has a dry and cloudy day with isolated rains in Sapa only; the temperatures are mostly cool and cold in the far northern mountains. The Central Coast has some sun, rains mostly. The Central Highlands and the South of Vietnam are having a wonderful day with sunshine and pleasant temperatures. Hanoi has cloudy day with light winds and cool temperatures.
A new spell of the cool Northeasterly Monsoon is having its effects in all of northern Vietnam and the Central Coast of Vietnam.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): sun, clouds mostly, 13-18/14-20/20/16-24oC. Dong Van Plateau has sun, clouds, 11-16oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun, clouds, 18/17-23/16-22oC. Sapa has little sun, clouds, rains, 11-15oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, 12-18oC. Mai Chau has sun, clouds, 16-22oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, 14-22/15-26/17-27oC. Moc Chau Plateau has little sun, clouds, 12-16oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): little sun, clouds, 16-22/17-23oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 17-21/18-22oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds mostly, rains in Ha Tinh, 18/20/20-22oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: clouds, rains, 22-24/26/28oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: little sun, clouds, rains, 22-27C;
