- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh (Mai Chau), Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds and rains, 26-32oC mostly, 27-34oC in Hoa Binh. Sapa has clouds and rains, 19-24oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds and rains, 21-26oC.
