Dong Van Plateau has sun, clouds, isolated thundertorms, 21-26oC. Afternoon torrential rains in Cao Bang (Nguyen Binh, Hoa An). Evening rains in all Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan and Tuyen Quang.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh (Mai Chau), Yen Bai and Lao Cai have hazy sun mostly, 28-36oC mostly, 28-38oC in Hoa Binh. Sapa has clouds and isolated thunderstorms, 17-25oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, clouds, 22-29oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, isolated thunderstorms, 23--33oC mostly, 23-35oC in Lai Chau. Moc Chau Plateau has hazy sun, clouds, isolated thunderstorms, 22-28oC.
