The tropical depression (No. 5) is making its way towards the shore of Quang Binh - Quang Ngai.
A spell of cold wind is moving southward and is to have influence in the North of Vietnam from this evening. The North is to have pleasant temperatures in the days to come.
Torrential rain is expected in the region from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai. The rest of the country is to have heavy rain from tonight.
