The Southwesterly Monsoon is getting strong causing rough sea and thunderstorms in the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to Kien Giang. There are rains and torrential rains in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): sun mostly, clouds, 22-31oC in Lang Son, 23-32oC mostly, 23-34oC in Ha Giang. Dong Van Plateau has sun mostly, 18-25oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun mostly, isolated showers, 25-32oC in Hoa Binh and Yen Bai, 23-33oC in Lao Cai. Sapa has sun, 15-24oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, clouds, 20-27oC. Mai Chau has sun, isolated showers, 23-31oC.
