The Northeasterly Monsoon has its influence in the all the North and the the Central Coast of Vietnam. The monsoon causes heavy rains in the Central Coast of Vietnam: the rainy season starts later than usual. More rain is found in the far-northern mountains and the Central Coast, less rain in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam. Hanoi has a sunny, cloudy and lovely day, showers in the evening.
Early morning heavy rains in Nghe An (Hung Nguyen, Vinh, Thanh Chuong), Ha Tinh (Ky Anh, Huong Khe), Quang Binh (Tuyen Hoa, Minh Hoa). Quang Ngai (Duc Pho) and Binh Dinh (Phu Cat, Tay Son) also have torrential rains in the early day.
