A hot day in the Red River Delta and a part of the Central Coast of Vietnam (from Thanh Hoa to Quang Ngai), pleasant day in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam. The temperatures are more tolerable from Quang Ngai to Phu Yen compared to yesterday and earlier. Rains in the Central Highlands and the South; torrential rains in the far-northern mountains posing threats of flash floods and landslides. It is strong southwesterly wind and rough sea from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau and Kien Giang.

1/North Vietnam

+ Hoa Binh (Mai Chau), Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds and rains, 28-36oC mostly, 28-38oC in Hoa Binh. Sapa has clouds and rains, 19-26oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds mostly and scattered thunderstorms, 21-27oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: clouds, sun and rains, 23-32oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds and rains, 21-27oC.
