The North has mostly a cloudy day with isolated rains, cool temperatures as a new spell of cold wind is to sweep through soon. The Central Coast, the Central Highlands and the South of Vietnam have sun and clouds, some isolated rains; today is among the best time to have holidays in these regions. Hanoi has some sun, clouds and winds, and cool temperatures.
A new spell of the Northeasterly Monsoon is approacing the northern border of Vietnam with China and is to have its effects on the northern mountains and the North of Vietnam today. The temperatures are to get lower and light rains are expected in the affected regions.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): some sun, clouds, isolated, 11/12-20/13-21/16-24C. Dong Van Geopark has clouds, rains, 10-15oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have little sun, clouds, isolated rains, 16/17-26/15-27oC. Sapa has sun, clouds, 7-18oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, clouds, 8-21oC. Mai Chau has sun, clouds, 16-25oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, 14-26/10-28/12-29oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, 13-20oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): some sun, clouds, 15-21/16-24oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 15/17-24oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.

- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): sun, clouds, 21-29/21-33/22-31oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) sun, 15-33/14-32/oC. Da Lat has sun, clouds, 13-28oC.
