Typhoon No. 13 (Vamco) makes landfall between Ha Tinh - Hue. Several places in the Central Coast are temporarily flooded due to heavy rain.

- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds, isolated rain, 19-22/22/17-25oC. Sapa has sun, clouds, 11-17oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, clouds, 14-21oC. Mai Chau has clouds, rain, 19-21oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien (Dien Bien Phu), Lai Chau: sun, clouds, 17-24/16-27/20-29oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds, rain, 14-16oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds, rain, 21-24/22oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 20-23/22oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) rain, 20-21/22/23oC.
