The Northwest of Vietnam: Hoa Binh has sun and clouds and afternoon rains, Yen Bai have clouds and torrential rains, Lao Cai has clouds, 25-33oC. Sapa has clouds and evening rains, 15-21oC. Mu Cang Chai has rains, 19-26oC.
Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: clouds and sun mostly, rains in Lao Chau and Dien Bien Phu, 21-33oC. Moc Chau Plateau has thunderstorms, 21-27oC.
The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds and sun mostly, scattered rains in Hai Phong and Thai Binh, afternoon rains in Hanoi, pleasant temperatures, 26-31oC. Hanoi has a cloudy and sunny day with breezes and very pleasant temperatures, afternoon rains.
