1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): Clouds and rains, 25-31oC mostly, 26-32oC in Ha Giang. Dong Van Plateau has clouds and rains, 19-22oC. Attention to landslides and flash floods in Lang Son (Chi Lang, Binh Gia, Bac Son).
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh (Mai Chau), Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds and rains, 26-34oC mostly. Sapa has clouds and rains, 18-24oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds mostly and scattered thunderstorms, 21-26oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: clouds and rains, 23-32oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds and rains, 23-28oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds mostly and hazy sunshine, scattered rains, 28-31oC in Halong and Hai Phong, 28-32oC in Hanoi, and 29-34oC in the south of the Red River Delta. Hanoi is mostly cloudy and humid at mid day.

4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) clouds and thunderstorms, pleasant temperatures, 23-30oC mostly, 21-27oC in Pleiku. Da Lat has clouds and rains, 17-25oC.
