4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) are all rainy, 22-30oC; Da Lat is rainy, 17-25oC.
5/The South of Vietnam (Vung Tau, Saigon, Mekong Delta) is sunny, 26-37oC. A hot day in most of south Vietnam with mid day temperatures above 36oC. Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh have patchy rains, 25-37oC.
Con Dao Islands are cloudy, 28-29oC; Phu Quoc Island is sunny, 27-33oC.
