The Southwesterly Monsoon is getting strong causing rough sea and thunderstorms in the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to Kien Giang. There are more rains and torrential rains in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam.
1/North Vietnam

+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, isolated thunderstorms, 20-30oC in Son La, 20-32oC in Dien Bien, 23-34oC in Lai Chau. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, 18-25oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): sun, isolated rains, 26-32/33oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 26-34oC in Hanoi and in the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) sun mostly, thunderstorms, 25-32oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
