A new spell of cool Northeasterly Monsoon is about to blow through northern Vietnam later today. The North turns cloudy mostly today with some rains in Lang Son and the lowlands. The Central Coast has some sun, mostly clouds and rains. The Central Highlands have sun and clouds mostly, some isolated rains. The South has sun and clouds mostly, some isolated t-storms. Hanoi has a moist and cloudy with sporadic light rains and very pleasant temperatures.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds and rains, 14/16-26/16-28/30oC. Dong Van Plateau has clouds, rains, 10-20oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have rains, 19-27/28/17-29oC. Sapa has sun, rains, 10-20oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, rains, 13-24oC. Mai Chau has clouds, rains, 18-25oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun and rains in Son La; sun in the others; 15-28/18-30/32oC. Moc Chau Plateau has rains, 13-20oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds, light rains; 17-26/18-27oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 18-28/17-27oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
