It is cloudy in most of Vietnam today as a new spell of cold wind blowing through the northern region and a part of the Central Coast. There are isolated rains in the North and the Central Coast. The South of the Central Coast has sun, so do the Central Highands. The South of Vietnam has some sun, mostly clouds. Hanoi has clouds and winds, and cool temperatures.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds, 15-19/14-18/15-18/19oC. Dong Van Geopark has sun, clouds, 10-12oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds, isolated rains, 18-23/17-20/14-20oC. Sapa has sun, clouds, 9-15oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, 12-20oC. Mai Chau has clouds, 18-22oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, 14-24/13/15-26oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, 13-17oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds, isolated rains, 17-19/18-21oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 14-18/16-19oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds, isolated rains in Ha Tinh, 20-21/19-23/oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: little sun, clouds, rains, 21-23/18-27/28oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: clouds, isolated rains, 19-27C;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): clouds, rains, 20-27/21-26/19-27/22-26oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): sun, clouds, 20-28/19-31/31oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) sun, 12-30/28/17-28oC. Da Lat has sun, clouds, 9-25oC.
5/The South of Vietnam:
- Vung Tau, Saigon, Mekong Delta have hazy sun, clouds, 24-29oC in Vung Tau, 21/21-33/23-32oC in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta.
- Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh: clouds, 20-34/33/23-32oC.
- Con Dao Islands have clouds, strong winds, 24-28oC.
- Phu Quoc Island has clouds, isolated showers, 24-30oC.
