- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): sun, clouds, 23-30oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 23-31/30oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.

4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) clouds, rain, 22-29/20-26/22-28oC. Da Lat has clouds, rain, 16-24oC.
5/The South of Vietnam:
