A new spell of cool Northeasterly Monsoon is about to blow through northern Vietnam tomorrow. The North turns cloudy mostly today with some rains in Lang Son and the lowlands. The Central Coast has less rains with sunshine in Binh Dinh and Phu Yen after Typhoon Nakri (Typhoon No. 6 in Vietnam in 2019). The Central Highlands have sun and clouds mostly, some rains in Kon Tum. The South has sun and clouds mostly. Hanoi has a fabulously sunny and dry day with extremely pleasant temperatures.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds and rains in Lang Son, sun and clouds in the others, 20-26/28/29/18-28oC. Dong Van Plateau has sun, clouds, 13-20oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun, clouds, 22/21/18-28oC. Sapa has sun, 11-21oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, 14-24oC. Mai Chau has sun, clouds, 22-28oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, 17-27/15-29/17-31oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, 16-21oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): sun and clouds in Hanoi; sun, clouds, scattered rains in the others; 22-24/23-26oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 23-29/24-26oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.

- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: clouds, rains, 24-26/28/23-30oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: little sun, clouds, rains, 24-29C;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): sun and clouds in Binh Dinh and Phu Yen; some sun, clouds and rains in the others; 24-29/29/23-30/24-29oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): rains, 24-29/23-30/30oC.
