It is cloudy in most of Vietnam today as a new spell of cold wind blowing through the northern region and a part of the Central Coast. There are isolated rains in the North and the Central Coast. Hanoi has clouds and winds, and cool temperatures.
A new spell of Northeastery Monsoon is sweeping through the North of Vietnam and about to influence the mid of the Central Coast later today.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): little sun, clouds, 10-16/11-18/12-19/13-20oC. Dong Van Geopark has sun, clouds, 8-14oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun, clouds, 14-18/13/12-20oC. Sapa has sun, clouds, isolated rains, 6-14oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, clouds, rains, 9-19oC. Mai Chau has clouds, 14-18oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, 12-22/11-25/13-24oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, isolated rains, 10-14oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): sun, clouds, rains, 14-17/18oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 14-18/16-19oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds, rains, 16-20/17-22/18-21oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: clouds, rains, 19-23/27/20-28oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: sun, clouds, isolated rains, 20-28C;

5/The South of Vietnam:
