Clouds and rain in most of the Central Coast, the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam. The North mostly enjoys nice sunny a day with pleasant temperatures. Hanoi has a day with mild sun, clouds, nice temperatures.
The tropical depression has strengthened to be a typhoon, then weakened to be a tropical depression again in Quang Nam - Binh Dinh heading for Laos.
Torrential rain and floods in most of the Central Region of Vietnam: Ha Tinh - north of the Central Highlands (200-300mm), Quang Binh - Phu Yen (200-600mm).
1/North Vietnam

- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun, clouds, 20-27/29/18-29oC. Sapa has sun, clouds, 12-21oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, clouds, 15-24oC. Mai Chau has sun, clouds, 18-27oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien (Dien Bien Phu), Lai Chau: sun, clouds, 15-26/29/17-31oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, 15-19oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): sun, clouds, 22/21-28oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 21-30/29oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) sun and clouds in Thanh Hoa, heavy rain in the others, 22-29/23-27/24-26oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: heavy rain, 25/25/24-26oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: rain, 25-27oC;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): mostly heavy rain, 25-29/24-28/31/31oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): clouds, rain, 25-32/32/30oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) clouds, rain, 21-24/20-22/22-26oC. Da Lat has clouds, rain, 17-22oC.
5/The South of Vietnam:
- Vung Tau, Saigon, Mekong Delta have clouds, rain, 25-29oC in Vung Tau, 24-28/25-30/30oC in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta.
