The North has bright sunshine, dry and cold air: a great time for mountain climbing and hiking tours in the far-northern mountains, biking tours in the Red River Delta. The far northern mountains are experiencing lowest temperatures by far in 2019. The Central Coast has more rains today. Hanoi has a dry and sunny day, cold temperatures but pleasant feel.
