Torrential rains in the whole region: Quang Ninh (Dong Trieu, Uong Bi, Hoanh Bo), Lang Son (Loc Binh, Dinh Lap, Chi Lang), Tuyen Quang (Chiem Hoa), Ha Giang (Bac Quang), Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang (Hiep Hoa, Luc Ngan, Son Dong, Lang Giang). Streets in Thai Nguyen City are flooded.
Early morning torrential rains cause flashflood in Yen Minh, Ha Giang several households are damaged. 200m of the road from Tuyen Quang to Ha Giang is flooded. The road from Dong Van Old Town to Ma Le has a landslide 3km from Dong Van Town.
