Typhoon No. 12 (Etau) in 2020 is ravaging the sea and inland of Binh Dinh - Ninh Thuan and weakening to be a tropical depression inland of these provinces.
A new typhoon forms 770km east southeast of the South of the Luzon Island of the Philippines packing sustained winds of 60-75kph. The projected path in the next 24 hours is northwest covering 15kph.
1/North Vietnam
