A hot day without rain in the Red River Delta, in the eastern side of the Northwest of Vietnam, and in the Central Coast from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen. It is cloudy and rainy and very pleasant a day in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam.

+ Hoa Binh (Mai Chau), Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds mostly, some hazy sunshine, hot, 27-38oC. Sapa has clouds, 20-26oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, 22-28oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: clouds mostly, thunderstorms in Lai Chau, 23-34oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds, 22-28oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): hazy sunshine mostly, isolated thunderstorms in Halong, 28-32oC in Halong, and 29-35oC Hai Phong, 28-37oC in the others. Hanoi has hazy sunshine with breezes, high temperatures but the real feel is not too bad in day time, breezes in the evening, warm late at night.
