1/North Vietnam

- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh (Mai Chau), Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds mostly, some hazy sunshine, thunderstorms, hot, 27-36oC. Sapa has clouds and rains, 18-24oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds and thunderstorms, 21-27oC. Early morning torrential rains in Lao Cai (Muong Khuong and Si Ma Cai).
