Central Highlands and the South of Vietnam have a fabulous day with sun, clouds and lovely temperatures; today is among the best days to travel in these regions. The North has bright sunshine, dry and cold air: a great time for mountain climbing and trekking tours in the far-northern mountains, biking tours in the Red River Delta. The far northern mountains are experiencing lowest temperatures by far in 2019. The Central Coast has nice day with some isolated rains in the south (Da Nang, Phu Yen, Quang Ngai, Quang Nam): this is great for holidays here as it is supposed be the rainy season in this region. Hanoi has a dry and sunny day, cold temperatures but pleasant feel.
Strong Northeasterly Monsoon causes rough sea from Quang Tri to Ninh Thuan.
1/North Vietnam

- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): sun, 10-20/9-22oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 8-23/10-21oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
