An air trough forms in the south of the East Vietnam Sea in combination with the Southwesterly Monsoon makes the sea rough in the affected areas including west of the Spratly Island (Truong Sa, Vietnam) and the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau. T-storms with strong winds expected in the sea area from Ca Mau to Kien Giang.
