1/North Vietnam

- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun, clouds, isolated t-storms, 25-32/24-31/24-31oC. Sapa has clouds, t-storms, 17-22oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, t-storms, 20-26oC. Mai Chau has sun, clouds, t-storms, 24-31oC.
