Heat strike in most of the North of Vietnam (except for the extreme Northwest and part of the Northeast), in the Central Coast from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen, Ninh Thuan. This is drastically different from the norms as it is autumn in the North and it is supposed to have been the start of the rainy season in the Central Coast. Hanoi has a very hot day but the temperatures start getting much more pleasant in the late afternoon and evening.
