The North has bright sunshine, dry and cold air: a great time for mountain climbing and hiking tours in the far-northern mountains, biking tours in the Red River Delta. The far northern mountains are experiencing lowest temperatures by far in 2019. The Central Coast has lovely day with mostly clouds, isolated rains in Quang Nam only. Hanoi has a dry and sunny day, cold temperatures but pleasant feel.
